OMNI OZ FUND

Investing in World Changing, Life Saving Products.

Omni Oz Fund Now Open To Investors:

A Qualified Opportunity Zone Fund

Our mission, to our core is saving the lives of both humans and wildlife by preserving our planet and its resources for all future generations.

The Mission.

The Omni OZ Fund, LLC was created to raise the necessary capital of $300 million to produce an energy industry first, GreenMix Fuel (methanol/ethanol blend) Processing Plant. The finished product can be mixed with unleaded gasoline at the refinery level, or at the distribution level, for clean-burning fuel in automobiles, while providing a significantly lower carbon emission and better performing cleaner fuel.

The Investment.

The Omni OZ Fund will invest in the development, ownership and operations of a 1,500,000 Metric Tons Capacity per Annum, GreenMix Fuel Processing Plant. While the sales of its products produce a return of capital and investment income through distribution to its investors from cash flows while providing the benefits of a Qualified Opportunity Zone Fund (QOZF).

The OZ Advantage.

The Omni OZ Fund will produce clean, carbon reducing fuel in Qualified Opportunity Zones in the U.S., starting with specific real estate site location options in Southern California, which are in accordance with the Tax Cuts and Job Acts of 2017 for designated Opportunity Zones.

Our World Worth Saving.

Global Warming from increasing carbon dioxide levels due to air and ocean pollution grows year after year and continues to wreak havoc across the planet with no end in sight…

It Will Take Us All… Together.

Through human activities such as deforestation, land use changes and burning fossil fuels, humans have increased atmospheric Co2 concentration by 48% since the Industrial Revolution began. This is the most important long-lived “force” of climate change.

As Global Temps Rise…

Climate Change dramatically affects the health and well being of every living thing on our planet. GreenMix Fuel helps dramatically reverse (CO) emissions impact and all other harmful toxic chemicals emitted from the automobile.

Our planet’s average surface temperature has risen about 2.12 degrees Fahrenheit (1.18 degrees Celsius) since the late 19th century, a change driven largely by increased carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere and other human activities. Most of the warming occurred in the past 40 years, with the seven most recent years being the warmest. The years 2016 and 2020 are tied for the warmest year on record. Increasing temperatures and increasing intense rainfall events.

…And Glaciers Disappear

Both the extent and thickness of Arctic sea ice has declined rapidly over the last several decades. Data from NASA’s Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment show Greenland lost an average of 279 billion tons of ice per year between 1993 and 2019, while Antarctica lost about 148 billion tons of ice per year.

Glaciers are retreating almost everywhere around the world — including in the Alps, Himalayas, Andes, Rockies, Alaska, and Africa.

Omni OZ Fund Offers a Clear Ecolution…

The GreenMix Fuel Project: The only Methanol-Ethanol Fuel Blend, Mixing Plant aims to reduce nearly half of all carbon emissions and beyond.
